Quality First Concrete — Website & AI VisibilityOverview
Prepared for Alfred & Jackie · Quality First Concrete LLC

Score the slabA website and AI visibility proposal

A concrete slab is scored into panels so it cracks where you decide, not where it wants to. A website works the same way. Right now qualityfirstconcretellc.com is one unscored panel carrying seventeen services and a whole county — and search engines are reading it that way.

Where we landed

What we heard on the call

This proposal covers the website and AI visibility work you asked for, and nothing else. Everything about lead generation, ad campaigns and growth is deliberately left out until you decide you want it.

“What we called for was the AI visibility on the website. That’s number one.”

Jackie — Quality First Concrete

So that is exactly where this starts. The site gets rebuilt to be read properly by Google and by the AI assistants people now ask for a concrete contractor.

“You can’t rush and keep quality.”

Alfred — Quality First Concrete

Same principle here. The foundation gets built and cured properly first. Content and authority go on top of it afterwards, in that order, because reversing them wastes the money.

What you do

Concrete removal and replacement, driveways, patios, pool decks, epoxy garage floors, foundations, retaining walls, pumping, grading. Roughly 80% residential, 20% commercial.

Where you work

All of Volusia County — DeLand, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, South Daytona, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, Deltona, Orange City and the surrounding area.

What you want

Five to ten jobs a week, up from the three to four you run now — without taking on the kind of volume that costs you the finish quality you are known for.

Audit

What the site looks like to a machine

Every figure below was read directly from qualityfirstconcretellc.com. None of it is a judgement about how the site looks to a person — it is what a search crawler and an AI assistant actually receive when they request the page.

1Page in the sitemap. The whole site is the home page.
0Structured data blocks. Nothing tells Google what this business is.
0H2 headings. The page has one H1, then jumps to ten H4s.
14 / 25Images with no alt text, so their content is invisible.
Platform GoDaddy Website Builder 8.0 — a single-page template, with no ability to add structured data or a real page tree Blocking
Title tag “Quality first concrete - Concrete, Driveways” — 43 characters, no city, no service intent Rewrite
Meta description A run-on list of keywords that cuts off mid-sentence in search results Rewrite
Service pages None. Seventeen services share one page, so none of them can rank for its own search Blocking
Location pages None. The county is named once; the individual cities are never given a page Blocking
Reviews on site None published, despite a Yelp listing and decades of finished work Gap
Business address City and ZIP only — no street address for Google to verify against the map Gap
Phone number 478-391-3036 — a Georgia area code on a DeLand, Florida business Check
The core problem

One slab, no joints

Pour a driveway in one continuous panel and it will crack — not because the concrete is bad, but because nothing told it where to move. A one-page website fails the same way: seventeen services and a whole county compete inside one panel, so Google cannot tell what the page is for.

17 SERVICES 8 CITIES · 1 PAGE
Today Everything shares one URL. Search engines average it into a single weak signal, and AI assistants have one paragraph to work from.
DRIVEWAYS PATIOS POOL DECKS EPOXY SLABS DELAND DAYTONA NEW SMYRNA PORT ORANGE DELTONA REVIEWS GALLERY ABOUT FAQ ESTIMATE
Proposed Each panel is a page with one job, one search to win and its own structured data. The slab holds because you decided where the joints go.
This is not a criticism of how the site was built. Every one-page website builder produces this shape — it is what the tool is for. It just cannot be fixed by editing the page you have.
Why this matters now

Where the answers come from now

People still search “concrete driveway DeLand”. What changed is that a growing share of them never reach a list of websites — they get one written answer, assembled from a handful of businesses the machine could read confidently. Being on page one no longer guarantees being in the answer.

What a search engine needs

  • A page per intent. Someone searching for epoxy garage floors should land on a page about epoxy garage floors.
  • A page per place. “Near me” results are decided by proximity plus a page that names the place.
  • Consistent business facts. Same name, address and phone everywhere it appears online.
  • Proof. Reviews, photographs of real jobs, and a history it can verify.

What an AI assistant needs on top

  • Structured data. Machine-readable facts about the business, its services, its area and its ratings. You currently have none.
  • Direct answers in the text. Plainly worded questions and answers it can lift and cite.
  • An entity it can pin down. One business, one location, one identity across the web.
  • Corroboration elsewhere. The same facts confirmed on Google, Yelp and trade directories.
GoDaddy already publishes an AI-facing summary of your business at qualityfirstconcretellc.com/llms.txt — the file assistants read to understand a site. Yours lists exactly one page. That single line is currently the whole machine-readable description of a twenty-six-year-old business.
The build

The page architecture

The site is rebuilt on WordPress and owned outright by Quality First Concrete, where every one of these panels can exist as a real page with its own title, its own content and its own structured data. Twenty-five pages replace one.

Core Service pages — 10 Location pages — 8 Trust & answers — 5
Service and location pages are written individually, not spun from a template. A page about pool decks in New Smyrna Beach that reads like a form letter is worse than no page at all — both Google and the customer can tell.
AI readability

Telling the machines what you are

Structured data is a block of facts embedded in each page that people never see and machines read first. It is the single largest gap on the current site, and it is what decides whether an AI assistant can name you with confidence or has to guess.

Illustrative. Final values are confirmed with you before anything is published — including which phone number and address should be the official ones.

What gets marked up

  • The business itself — name, address, phone, hours, service area, years established, licensing and insurance.
  • Each service — so “epoxy garage floors” is a thing you offer, not a phrase in a paragraph.
  • Each location — the cities tied to the business as an explicit service area.
  • Reviews — ratings pulled through so they can show in results.
  • Questions and answers — the FAQ marked up so assistants can quote it directly.
  • A written llms.txt — replacing the auto-generated one-line file with a real description of the business and its pages.
Service area

Where the work actually is

Volusia County, from the base in DeLand out to the coast. Every one of these places is a separate search with its own results page — and right now the site names none of them.

Google shows three businesses in the map results for a search like “concrete contractor near me”. Which three depends on how close the searcher is, how complete the Google Business Profile is, and whether a page on the site names that city. Two of those three are ours to fix.

Local

Being findable across Volusia County

Most concrete work is won inside a thirty-mile radius, and the map results decide it. Those results are driven by things that live mostly outside the website — and they are currently inconsistent.

Google Business Profile

Claimed, fully completed and kept current: every service listed, service area set to the county, hours, photographs of finished jobs, and questions answered. This is the highest-leverage item on the whole list and it is free.

Consistent business facts

One name, one address, one phone number, used identically on the site, Google, Yelp and every directory. Mismatched details are the most common reason a legitimate local business is outranked by a newer one.

Citations & directories

Listings built and corrected across the trade and local directories that Google and AI assistants cross-check — including the contractor-specific ones that carry weight in Florida.

One thing to decide before we start

The number published on the site, 478-391-3036, is a Georgia area code on a business that works in DeLand, Florida. It almost certainly still rings correctly — but to a search engine matching a business against a place, it is a contradiction. If a Volusia County number is available, adopting it consistently is one of the cheapest local-ranking improvements on this list. If it needs to stay, we work around it and make the address do the work instead.

Proof

Twenty-six years, nowhere on the page

The strongest asset this business has is a record almost nobody else in the county can match. None of it is currently visible to a customer comparing three contractors on a phone, or to an assistant asked who to trust.

“You can’t do that many concrete jobs in a week.”

Alfred, on competitors with implausible review counts

That instinct is right, and it is also the strategy. We are not going to chase a number that does not match the work. We are going to publish the real record properly, where a slow-built, honest review history reads as exactly what it is.

What gets put in place

  • Reviews on the site — pulled live from Google and Yelp rather than typed in, so they carry verifiable ratings.
  • A simple way to ask — a short link or card handed over at job completion, when customers are most willing.
  • A real project gallery — jobs organised by service and by city, with captions and proper alt text, so the photographs count for search too.
  • The history, stated plainly — years established, licensed, insured, residential and commercial, on every page footer.
Reviews are requested, never generated. Fabricated reviews are grounds for removal of a Google Business Profile, and they read as false to the customers you actually want.
Programme

The pour, in order

The sequence matters for the same reason it matters on site. Content published before the structure exists has to be redone; authority chased before the content exists has nothing to point at.

Phase 01 Subgrade Weeks 1–2

Full audit, keyword and competitor research for Volusia County, page architecture agreed, business facts settled.

Phase 02 Formwork Weeks 3–5

WordPress build, design, twenty-five page templates, mobile and speed work, quote form and call tracking.

Phase 03 Pour Weeks 6–8

All page copy written, gallery built, structured data applied throughout, redirects mapped, site launched.

Phase 04 Cure Months 3–4

Google Business Profile and citations corrected, indexing monitored, review flow started, first rankings measured.

Phase 05 Finish Months 5–12

Ongoing content, new service and city pages as they earn their place, AI answer monitoring, monthly reporting.

Scope

What this includes, and what it deliberately does not

You asked to start with the website and not take on everything at once. The right-hand column is not a list of things we are holding back — it is a list of things we are not charging you for and will not start without you asking.

Included in this proposal

  • Full technical and content audit of the current site
  • New WordPress website, 25 pages, designed and written
  • Structured data across every page, plus a written llms.txt
  • Google Business Profile optimisation and citation cleanup
  • Review collection set up and running
  • Migration from GoDaddy with redirects, hosting and SSL
  • Hosting free for the first year. No charge for 12 months from launch
  • Full ownership. The WordPress site, domain and content belong to Quality First Concrete
  • Ongoing SEO & AEO with monthly reporting

Not included — and not started without you

  • Google or Meta ad campaigns of any kind
  • Advertising budget. No media spend is proposed here
  • Purchased leads. Your current lead suppliers are untouched
  • A CRM or any change to how you track jobs
  • Social media management
If the site starts producing more enquiries than five to ten jobs a week can absorb, that is the point to talk about the next stage — not before.
About us

Just Web Agency — results, not promises

Founded in 2007, which puts nearly twenty years behind the work. A team of thirty-four designers, developers, strategists and technical specialists under one roof — so there is one company accountable for the build, the content and everything after it.

How we work

Technology, marketing and analytics together, rather than as separate bills. Branding and advertising through to business automation and conversion optimisation — though for Quality First Concrete only the website and search work is on the table.

Instead of coordinating several vendors, one team carries every stage: strategy, design, development, content and ongoing optimisation. Fewer handoffs, faster turnaround, and one number to call when something needs changing.

Closing

A foundation first, then the finish

The website is the piece everything else eventually sits on. Built properly, it keeps working whether or not there is a budget running that month — which is the opposite of buying leads, and the reason it is the right thing to do first.

By the end of Month 2

A twenty-five page site is live, every service and every city has a page that can be found on its own, and the business is described in a form that Google and AI assistants can read without guessing.

By the end of Month 12

Rankings across Volusia County, a review history that reflects the actual work, and an asset the business owns outright — not rented from a lead supplier.

Recommended next steps

  1. Confirm the official business name, address and phone number.
  2. Approve the twenty-five page architecture.
  3. Approve the build and begin the audit.
  4. Hand over domain and Google Business Profile access.
  5. Collect existing job photographs for the gallery.
  6. Review progress together at launch, then at Month 6.

Happy to walk through any part of this on the Teams call — including the audit findings line by line, and exactly what is being written for each page.
